SERVERS DOWNTIME / SERVER UPGRADES

While the hardware for the servers, for all the games hosted here at LBZ are good, the desire to have "EVEN BETTER" is something Furio has opted to improve, for everything.
The servers that the ARK maps have been on have been very good, and even in June he increase the memory to 128 GB, a purely performance boost!
(The Genesis 2 map was even placed onto a more beefy piece of hardware, due to massive use (server load) and popularity, just to keep things smooth)
How much memory do you have in your computer? Probably 16, maybe 32.

How many NICs, or network connections do you have? Likely 1 or maybe a second (that you don't use)
The hardware the servers are running on have a total of 4+2 in use for MAXIMUM bandwidth speeds
Earlier in the summer, Beth & Furio also increased the internet service they have coming to their home (where the server is)
( this is also the basis of LAN Basement Zone, LAN refers to a network of computers, Basement being in his home )

As for the software side. I won't get into the specific named (paid) software service being used, for security
There are some really good, and some "Magic" (IMO) pieces of software that make doing ARK Admin life a dream!!
When Furio showed me (John) what these can do, I actually got so excited (and still do).
When I (John) started home servers of ARK when Scorched released many years ago, there were no services (besides the game hosting services).

These paid software services that manage the servers, allow very easy manipulation of configurations, and allows for maximum up time, and quick setting adjustments.
